What does this mean if you are currently using any of these Windows products at that time? 

It means the end of sales, end of support and end of monitoring and updates. 
As a result, security issues would be an issue leaving users vulnerable to attack and exploitation. 
In the end, any business or individual using a workstation/desktop or server that is operating any of these products/operating systems after the above dates will be in jeopardy.
